Delivery of furniture and equipment as part of the investment entitled "Construction of the Intergenerational Activity Center at Ceramiczna Street part 1" and "Construction of the Center for Intergenerational Activity at Ceramiczna Street part 2" divided into parts:

Part 1 - For a support facility for people with intellectual disabilities

Part 2 - For the nursery

Part 3 - For the center of intergenerational activity

The scope of the contract includes in particular:

1) delivery of furniture and equipment to the rooms and rooms of the facility – specified in the description of the subject of the contract along with transport, assembly, bringing and setting in places indicated by the Ordering Party and the User in accordance with the list of equipment placement in the rooms / rooms;

2) cleaning the rooms/rooms/offices after assembly and placement of furniture/equipment in the facility along with any additional work necessary for the proper performance of the contract;

3) providing technical and utility documentation related to the Subject of the contract and keys to items with locks.
