The purpose of this consultation is to carry out a project management mission for the rehabilitation of blocks A and B of the Million residence located at 121 to 133 boulevard des Etats-Unis, 4-6-10-12 rue Professeur Leriche and 124 to 136 boulevard des Etats-Unis in Lyon 8th.

the contract comprises 1 firm tranche and 2 optional tranches (see Article 2.2 of the CR).

the call for applications is open to any team presenting the following skills:

- Architectural competence (representative)

- Fluid/thermal Bet

- BET Asbestos

- Construction economics

- scheduling, management and site coordination (Opc)

- Bim Manager

For the proper execution of its missions, the team will enlist the additional skills it deems necessary (Roads and Highways, Security, etc.)
