With this, Ås municipality, fao the Property Department, invites to a tender contest where the objective is to enter into a contract regarding engineering design in a group. The following disciplines shall be included: Architect (ARK), Consulting engineer Construction works for buildings (RIB), Consulting engineer Fire-proofing (RIBR), Consulting engineer Electrical installations (RIE), Landscape architect (LARK) and Consulting engineer Acoustics (RIAKU). ARK shall have the role as Project Group Manager (PGL), and shall have the total responsibility for all works executed by the engineering design group. ARK shall select the participants in the engineering design group, and shall offer the entire engineering design group as a part of a separate delivery. ARK shall also have the role as liable applicant.

An internal agreement shall be entered into, with all of the companies in the group, with joint and several liability towards the contracting authority, as well as cohesion statements from all participants, cf. annexes 3 and 4 in the tender documents. A signed agreement and signed cohesion statements shall be enclosed the tender.
