The purpose of this Framework Agreement is BatchNo. 1 “Masonry — Structural Work — Hard Flooring — Asbestos Removal” relating to the maintenance and work of communal buildings. This work, which is the subject of the contract, concentrates mostly on four months of the year corresponding mainly to school holidays.

This Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification of the Framework Agreement and may be renewed tacitly three times per one-year period without the total duration of the Framework Agreement exceeding four years. The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with no minimum order amount and for a maximum order amount of EUR 1 000 000 excluding VAT for the duration of the framework agreement.
