The construction work to be carried out consists of dredging work for the maintenance and restoration of the planned target levels in the fairway of the Jade federal waterway in accordance with the tender and contract documents.

The construction works to be carried out are dredging and water injection works for the removal of individual shoals, max. T equal to 21.0 meters in the jade fairway from km 6.0 to 55.0. For the load compartment suction excavator less than or equal to 1200 cubic meters, 10 (5 per year) campaigns with a total hourly wage of 300 hours are planned. For the water injection device, 14 (7 per year) campaigns are planned with a total hourly wage of 1200 hours. The soil to be dredged is material driven into the fairway (mobile soils). The storage density of the driven material is predominantly "loose". The composition of the indentation floors in the various excavator sections can sometimes fluctuate over the course of the year. On the basis of soil investigations, the indentations in the area of the dredging centres of km 7.5 to 10.5 and from km 39.0 to 43.0 are to be assigned to the homogeneous areas gravel-clay or silt, proportion of 30 percent less than or equal to gravel content and greater than or equal to 15 percent fine-grain content.
