The goal is to evaluate the implemented C-ITS app at designated intersections.
Background: The RWS programme Talking Traffic has now successfully installed 19 iTLIs in the road network on behalf of IenW. This was the so-called 1st Tranche.
Preparations for the 2nd Tranche are ongoing. It has been found that further research is needed to optimise the iTLIs and improve the user cases (see Chapter 3).
The results of the evaluations serve to improve the iVRIs.
31189320 The traffic evaluation of Intelligent Traffic Rail Systems (iVRi's)The Contractor must take into account various evaluations, based on max. 4 Guest reviews. It may also concern specific priority projects with certain target groups, such as truck priority.
The contractor is also asked to advise (based on) the outcome of the evaluation on adjustments in the C-ITS applications.
