TUM operates about 60 buildings on the Freising campus, which are of different ages and have different uses. In the majority of the buildings there are large and small refrigeration systems of different types and ages.

The ongoing, recurring services for these plants are the subject of this tender.

Lot 1 includes all ongoing services for existing refrigeration systems.

The Contractor is responsible for complete legally compliant inspection, maintenance and testing and the overall function of the complete refrigeration systems, as well as for the cleaning and disinfection of individual components.

Lot 2 includes all ongoing services for existing ceiling and wall coolers. Ceiling coolers are included here, which are connected to existing cold water networks. For these coolers, inspection, maintenance and hygiene inspections and cleaning shall be offered.
