The University of Bayreuth needs services for the cleaning of various building complexes in 4 lots:

Lot 1 + 2 + 3: Maintenance cleaning

Lot 4: glass cleaning

Any tenderer may submit tenders for all lots, but the number of lots for which a single bidder can be awarded is limited to 2 lots (maximum number). Only one "Maintenance cleaning" compartment lot (Lot 1, 2 or 3) can be combined with the "Glass Cleaning" tray (Lot 4).

If the application of the award criteria would result in a single bidder receiving a larger number of lots than the maximum number, the tender not included in the specified combination "glass cleaning / maintenance cleaning" will be eliminated.

Maintenance cleaning for the property "Campus Bayreuth" with the buildings Audimax, B1, B2, B3, B4-Glashaus, B6, B7, B8, B9, B10, B11, B12, B13, B14, BLC, FAN, GEO I, GEO II, GEO III, GW I, INF, LIM, NW I, NW II, NW III, NW IV, ÖBG, PBS and the outdoor workplaces as well as the properties "Geschwister-Scholl-Platz", "Parsifalstraße 25", "Hugo-Rüdel-Straße 8", "Hugo-Rüdel-Straße 10", "Prieser Straße 2", "Weiherstraße 26" and optionally the guest house of the university.

Maintenance cleaning for the property "Campus Bayreuth" with the buildings BGI, GW II, RW I, RW II, Sport, TAO, ZB, ZT, ZUV, ZUV-DV, FZA and the outdoor workplaces as well as the properties "Dr.-Hans-Frisch-Straße 1-3", "Leuschnerstraße 51", "Ludwig-Thoma-Straße 36a", "Wölfelstraße 2"

Maintenance cleaning for the "Kulmbach Campus" with the properties "Fritz-Hornschuch-Straße 9", "Fritz-Hornschuch-Straße 13", "Hans-Hacker-Straße 10", "Kressenstein 15", Thurnau-Nord Castle (IFLG), Thurnau-Süd Castle (FIMT), "Lichtenfelser Straße 33 (Living Lab)" as well as additional activities on the Kulmbach Campus.
