This consultation is launched according to the tender procedure opened in application of articles L. 2120-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the code of public procurement. The consultation will give rise for each lot to a multi-award framework agreement for subsequent contracts awarded in application of articles R. 2162-1 to 2162-10 of decree no. o 2018-1075 of 3.12.2018 relating to the regulatory part of the public procurement code. The consultation will give rise at the same time to the award for each lot of the first subsequent contract to purchase orders (2020 / ESID-TLN / 0895 for lot 1 - 2020 / ESID-TLN / 0376 for lot 2).

- only one family: air conditioning equipment,

- a category of comfort air conditioning equipment,

- in the distributor catalog with remittance slip, the framework agreement is concluded with the following thresholds: minimum of 8,000 EUR excl. Tax over 4 years, maximum of 400,000 EUR excl. Tax over 4 years.

- one family: air conditioning and industrial refrigeration equipment,

- 6 categories for industrial refrigeration equipment,

- on distributor catalog with remittance slip:

—— category 1 - compressors and condensing units,

—— category 2 - evaporators - condensers - motors,

—— category 3 - regulation,

—— category 4 - air conditioning accessories - lift pumps,

—— category 5 - line accessories (filters - dehydrators - valves - valves - cartridges - eliminators - etc ...),

—— category 6 - accessories and equipment for cold rooms (air curtain, etc.) - 2 categories for comfort air conditioning accessories and industrial cold

- on unit price schedule:

—— category A - refrigeration and air conditioning accessories,

—— category B - copper tube insulation the framework agreement is concluded with the following thresholds: minimum of 12,000 EUR excl. Tax over 4 years - maximum of 800,000 EUR excl. Tax over 4 years.
