Framework agreement with a single economic operator and relating to non-destructive stability measures on steel, aluminum or concrete masts, as well as poles for signaling and gantry installations in the Brussels-capital region

This contract is a framework agreement which will be concluded with a single economic operator in accordance with the provisions of article 43 of the law of 17.6.2016.

The purpose of this contract is for mechanical and stability measurements of masts and street lighting candelabras, signaling or beaconing supports.

The materials of the mats / supports are steel, aluminum, concrete, or other. Also, passive safety lighting poles (NBN EN 12767) are also the subject of this contract.

Before the measurements, all supports are visually inspected, the result of these inspections is presented in the measurement report.

Each order letter determines the services to be performed according to the prescriptions of this contract. Each service order will contain at least the control of 20 masts of height greater than or equal to 15 m or 40 masts whose height is less than 15 m.

The location as well as the nomenclature of the elements to be checked are included in each service order.
