The subject of the contract is the delivery of a prototype of a device for evaporative water purification (hereinafter referred to as the Prototype), which will be used to conduct research and development works under the project POIR.01.01.01-00-0098/21 "Evaporative water purification". The prototype will be included in the installation
a pilot project on which research will be carried out on the effectiveness of water purification from the Oder (hereinafter referred to as the Installation).
1. The scope of the contract includes the production of the Prototype and delivery of the Prototype to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (Port Północ Sewage Pumping Station, 52 Kleczkowska Street, Wrocław). The prototype must consist in particular of the following elements:
1.1. Evaporation equipment (evaporative heat exchanger, evaporation wall);
1.2. Air installation (ducts, fan);
1.3. Water and sewage systems (tanks, water distribution and sewage system, water heater);
1.4. Sensors measuring air and water parameters;
1.5. Electrical installation;
1.6. Installation of automation and control;
1.7. Steel structural elements (frames, casings, supports).
2. The prototype shall form an integral whole, enclosed in a structural frame with estimated dimensions of 4,0 × 3,0 × 2,5 m. The water capacity of the Prototype must be 1m3/h and the air capacity 5000 m3/h. The prototype must be equipped with sensors and other measuring elements from which the signals will be
have the ability to integrate with the superior automation and control system available at the Installation. The prototype must be equipped with an independent 230V electrical installation. Electrical installation components must be adapted to work in an environment with high humidity, with the possibility of splashing water and
partial flooding.
3. The main element of the Prototype will be an evaporative heat exchanger, which the Contractor must produce in accordance with the Ordering Party's recommendations. The production of the exchanger includes making the exchanger plates from galvanized steel, covering the exchanger plates with special hydrophobic coatings facilitating the drainage of water from the exchanger, connecting the plates into modules and connecting modules into a complete exchanger. The exchanger must be built in a dedicated structural frame and connected to the other elements of the Prototype.
4. All elements of the Prototype must be manufactured in accordance with the specification provided by the Contracting entity and made available by the Contracting Authority during the competitive dialogue as part of the procurement procedure.
5. On the basis of the documentation made available by the Contracting Authority and the arrangements made during the competitive dialogue, the Contractor shall independently prepare the workshop documentation necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract.
6. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity with complete documentation confirming the quantity and quality of the delivered subject of the contract and including in particular: technical and operational documentation of the Prototype and its elements, documents confirming the quality of materials used to manufacture the Prototype, electrical measurement protocols, test and verification protocols, warranty cards for the devices used, etc.
7. The inclusion of the Prototype in the Installation and the inclusion of signals from the Prototype into the superior automation and control system at the Installation does not constitute the scope of the order and will be carried out by the Ordering Party.
