Single-party framework agreement with purchase orders relating to the project management of works for the renewal, reinforcement and development of the drinking water and sewerage networks of the Île de Ré.

1) contract with purchase orders for the execution of project management missions for the renewal and reinforcement of drinking water and sanitation networks, including the following mission elements: DIAG (diagnostic studies), PRO (project studies), ACT (procurement assistance outside the framework agreement with work order forms), VISA (examination and approval of implementation files), DET (Directorate of Works Execution), AOR (assistance with receiving operations);

2) assistance with the awarding of a single-service master works contract for the renewal works, reinforcement and development of drinking water and sanitation networks.

The framework agreement will be awarded for a period of 1 year renewable 4 times and with a maximum amount of EUR 10 000 000 (excluding VAT) over the maximum duration of the contract (DCE establishment, analysis of the offers, installation of the contracts). The framework works agreement will concern the perimeter of Île de Ré.
