The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task: Development and development of urban greenery in Mszczonów divided into parts:
- part I: development of urban green areas - greenery accompanying streets (linear facilities) - (ul. Grójecka, ul. Rolnicza, ul. Spokojna, ul. Spółdzielcza, ul. Tarczyńska, ul. Północna and Wschodnia, ul. Ługowa);
- part II: development of urban green areas - park greenery (surface facilities) - Błonia in Mszczonów;
- part III: development of urban green areas - greenery accompanying residential buildings at ul. Józef Poniatowski (estate greenery);
- part IV: development of urban green areas - greenery around the fire protection tank at ul. Grójecka;
- part V: development of urban green areas - square at ul. Grójecka.

Part I: Development of urban green areas - greenery accompanying streets (linear objects) - (ul. Grójecka, ul. Rolnicza, ul. Spokojna, ul. Spółdzielcza, ul. Tarczyńska, ul. Północna and Wschodnia, ul. Ługowa). The subject of the order does not include Dworcowa Street.
The task includes the following works:
ul. Grójecka:
- replanting 7 trees,
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- new construction and renovation of the old lawn,
- plastic edging;
ul. trailer:
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- renovation of the old lawn;
ul. Peaceful:
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- renovation of the old lawn,
- plastic edging;
ul. cooperative:
- replanting 48 trees,
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- plastic edging,
- installation of 40 root barriers;
ul. Tarczyńska:
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- renovation of the old lawn.
- street North and East
- replanting 5 trees,
- assembly of 60 trams,
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- making a new lawn,
- plastic edging;
ul. Ługowa:
- removal of concrete openwork slabs and concrete from the bottom of the ditch,
- construction of a rain garden,
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- making a new lawn,
- plastic edging.
The project also assumes carrying out works related to the removal of trees in poor sanitary condition and in justified cases the removal of trees for compositional reasons (detailed guidelines regarding planned care and cleaning works of the existing and new greenery within the designed road lanes are included in the design documentation).

Part II: Development of urban green areas - park greenery (surface facilities) - Błonia in Mszczonów.
The task includes:
- construction of a mineral pavement path with a steel edge,
- construction of a wooden palisade separating the surface of the flower meadow from the lawn,
- construction of a rain garden,
- assembly of elements of small architecture (4 pcs. Park benches, 5 pcs. Park chairs, 3 pcs. Birdhouses and observation telescope),
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- lawn renovation.
The subject of the contract does not include tree felling, which the Purchaser will make on its own.

The task includes:
- assembly of small architecture elements (1 park bench, 3 birdhouses and a viewing telescope),
- making new plantings in accordance with the project,
- lawn renovation.

- making new plantings in accordance with the project.
