In 2020, the Case-law decided to give priority to timely and predictable case law. Society benefits from a well-functioning case law, in which people can count on a reasonable period of time when they enter into conversation with or get a decision from the court. These deadlines are contained in new lead time standards. The goal is to grow further and further in the coming years to an operation in which all matters within these standards will be dealt with.
