The object of the procurement is the earthworks machinery, transport and professional services required by the City of Järvenpää Group for the agreement period 2024–2027.

The City of Järvenpää does not commit to acquiring a specific amount during the contract period, but procures them as needed.
The procurement is divided into sub-areas so that each machine and vehicle category forms one (1) sub-area. The sub-areas are compared as separate sub-areas.
Based on the competitive tendering, a framework agreement will be formed, and a maximum of four (4) service providers will be selected for each area, unless there are fewer eligible tenderers or accepted tenders.
The Client does not undertake to acquire a certain amount during the contract period, but acquires them as needed.
