                        Call for candidates within the framework of a procedure with negotiation aiming to select candidates for the development work of the ski area - sector of Mayt - station of Vars 
 The main and complementary classification (s) conforming to the common vocabulary of European markets (CPV) are: 
 - Lot: main classification: 
 1) construction of chairlifts (45234230-7); 
 2) construction of chairlifts (45234230-7); 
 3) earthworks (451125000); 
 4) wiring and electrical installation work (453110000); 
 5) construction work (45210000); 
 6) cable transport systems (45234200-8). 

 Studies, material supply and start-up of MAYT's TSD 
 The offer, whether presented by a single company or by 1 group, must indicate all known subcontractors when it was submitted. It must also indicate the services (and their amount) for which subcontracting is envisaged. For lot 1, in the case of a group, the form desired by the contracting authority is 1 joint group. If the group awarded the contract is of a different form, it may be forced to ensure its transformation in order to comply with the wish of the contracting authority as indicated above. Applicants are prohibited from submitting several offers by acting at the same time: 
 - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings, 
 - as members of several groups. 

 Civil engineering, assembly and adjustments of the MAYT TSD 
 The offer, whether presented by a single company or by 1 group, must indicate all known subcontractors when it was submitted. It must also indicate the services (and their amount) for which subcontracting is envisaged. No form is imposed for lots 2 to 6. Applicants are prohibited from submitting several offers by acting at the same time: 
 - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings, 
 - as members of several groups. 

 General earthworks and civil engineering for electrical networks 
 The offer, whether presented by a single company or by 1 group, must indicate all known subcontractors when it was submitted. It must also indicate the services (and their amount) for which subcontracting is envisaged. No form is imposed for lots 2 to 6. Applicants are prohibited from submitting several offers by acting at the same time: 
 - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings, 
 - as members of several groups. 

 Works for power supply and transformer station equipment 
 The offer, whether presented by a single company or by 1 group, must indicate all known subcontractors when it was submitted. It must also indicate the services (and their amount) for which subcontracting is envisaged. No form is imposed for lots 2 to 6. Applicants are prohibited from submitting several offers by acting at the same time: 
 - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings, 
 - as members of several groups. 

 Realization of operating premises and transformer station 
 The offer, whether presented by a single company or by 1 group, must indicate all known subcontractors when it was submitted. It must also indicate the services (and their amount) for which subcontracting is envisaged. No form is imposed for lots 2 to 6. Applicants are prohibited from submitting several offers by acting at the same time: 
 - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings, 
 - as members of several groups. 

 Disassembly of ski lifts 
 The offer, whether presented by a single company or by 1 group, must indicate all known subcontractors when it was submitted. It must also indicate the services (and their amount) for which subcontracting is envisaged. No form is imposed for lots 2 to 6. Applicants are prohibited from submitting several offers by acting at the same time: 
 - as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings, 
 - as members of several groups.
