Delivery of taxable and tax-free diesel, as well as Adblue, to three companies in the RIR group.

A joint agreement will be entered into with all three companies.

RIR IKS: Approx. 35,000 litres of taxable diesel and approx. 4,000 litres of Adblue and approx. 85,000 litres of tax-free diesel.

RIR Transport AS: Approx. 160,000 litres of taxable diesel and approx. 8,000 litres of Adblue.

RIR Næring AS: Approx: 85,000 litres of taxable diesel and approx. 2,000 litres of Adblue and approx. 5,000 litres of tax-free diesel.

The maximum value of the framework agreement over a four-year period is set at NOK 35.0 million.
