The Norwegian Defence sector wants to utilize the capacity and expertise in the ICT market. The Norwegian Defence sector therefore sees the use of cloud services as part of strengthening the digitalisation work by facilitating high quality information security, data protection, accessibility and efficiency of existing and new services. There is therefore a need to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement for cloud services: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).
