The subject of the Order is:

a) As part of stage I: preparation of complete design and cost estimation documentation for the construction of drainage of Krasnowolska Street in Warsaw on the section between the drainage ditch – a tributary of Lake Zabłockie to Poloneza Street, according to the developed drainage concept, constituting Annex No. 2 to OPZ.

Existing utilities networks: gas, water supply, sewage (under construction), energy.

The length of the planned section of the street is approx. 96 m.

b) As part of stage II: performing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works covered by the documentation made in stage I.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in:

Description of the subject of the contract - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also an annex to the proposed provisions of the contract;

the proposed provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ;
