This procedure is intended to identify an efficient and suitable planning office which provides construction-accompanying services in connection with the establishment of a passive FTTB infrastructure.
Stadtwirtschaft Weimar GmbH (SWG-Weimar), a 100 percent subsidiary of the city of Weimar, intends to build a passive broadband infrastructure in the white Next Generation Access (NGA) areas of the city, which is suitable for the operation of a high-performance fiber optic network. The SWG-Weimar thus acts as the owner-managing organizational unit and lessor of the passive network infrastructure (operator model according to section 3.2 of the guideline "Funding to support broadband expansion in the Federal Republic of Germany"). The client plans to set up an FTTB-capable empty conduit and fiber optic infrastructure that will remain its property.
This procedure is intended to identify an efficient and suitable planning office which provides construction-accompanying services in connection with the establishment of a passive FTTB infrastructure. The services to be awarded are intended to ensure that the client's monitoring and control tasks are carried out properly. The tendered service is subdivided into the 2 modules construction supervision and property supervision. The advertised service modules are based on the basic services according to § 55 HOAI, whereby the fee is freely agreed.
