3.1 The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the Municipality and the City of Żuromin.
In the execution of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:
(a) Receiving, transport and landscaping of waste:
- from owners of inhabited property (collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and collection of waste collected selectively from bags/containers), including collection of large-size waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment in the form of mobile collection from before the property;
- from the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point located in the village of Brudnice, Piaskowa Street 5,09-300 Żuromin
(b) the equipment of a minimum of one pharmacy located on the territory of the m. Żuromin with a suitable container for expired medicines;
(c) the provision of a container for the collection of construction and demolition waste

-from residential property owners the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and the collection of waste collected selectively from works/containers) including collection of large-size waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment in the form of mobile collection from before the property;
-from the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point located in the U. Brudnice, 5 Piaskowa Street;
(b) equipping a minimum of one pharmacy located on the territory of the city of Żuromin with a suitable container for expired medicines;
(c) the provision of a container for the collection of construction and demolition waste on the owner of the property (single-family/multi-galore).
The list of inhabited properties is annexed to the description of the subject of the contract
2.Types of municipal waste covered by the contract:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste
(b) paper — paper waste, including cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and paperboard packaging waste
(c) glass — glass waste, including glass packaging waste
(d) metals and plastics — metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste including plastic packaging waste
(e) biowaste
(f) ash
g) furniture and other large-sized waste
h) worn tyres
(i) hazardous waste constituting municipal waste, expired medicines and chemicals
(j) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes,
k) used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and batteries
(l) construction and demolition waste
3.The Contractor is obliged to collect from the owners of inhabited property every amount of municipal waste collected and to carry out the subject of the contract providing minimal nuisance to the owners of the property.
4. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer installations, in particular municipal installations to which the waste will be transferred.

6.A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex No 1 to SWZ.
The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act requires employment under an employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Work Code of persons performing the indicated activities during the execution of the contract:
