Service relating to the activities of preventive verification of the final design, pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 of the interventions called "New Access to the Historical Basin (II lot OO.SS.)" and "Connection with Antemurale (II lot OO.SS.)".

Total quantity or amount: The total amount of the contract is € 230,401.29, plus cash 4%.

Service relating to the activities of preventive verification of the final design, pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 of the interventions called "New Access to the Historical Basin (II lot OO.SS.)" and "Connection with Antemurale (II lot OO.SS.)". Although this is a single contract, it should be noted that the verification activity concerns two distinct projects. The economic operator who will be awarded will verify, in contradictory with the designer, the conformity of the final project as governed by paragraph 4 of the aforementioned article and by Title II Chapter I Section III of Presidential Decree 207/2010.

The verification must ascertain:

(a) the completeness of the design;

(b) the coherence and completeness of the economic framework in all its aspects;

c) the contractability of the chosen design solution;

d) the conditions for the durability of the work over time;

(e) minimising the risks of variant introduction and litigation;

f) the possibility of completing the work within the deadlines laid down;

(g) the safety of workers and users;

(h) the adequacy of the unit prices used;

i) the maintainability and the presence of the monitoring plan of the works, where required.
