Redevelopment of the Jozef Vervaenestraat and adjacent road in Ghent.
Fixed part:
- preparatory works and road and rail break-up,
- preparatory works for declaring / making the site zone bomb-proof,
- the construction of gravity DWA and RWA sewers varying in diameter from 250 mm to 1 200 mm. DWA pipes diam. 250 mm and 300 mm are laid in green tubes. The pipes with a diameter of 600 mm and 1 200 mm and associated inspection pits consist of reinforced concrete, covered with fiber-reinforced epoxy resin,
- fitting the trenching measures required: circuits and grout screens,
- the execution of an under-piercing with a diameter of 1 000 mm under the entrance and exit of the E17, including the production of a press and receiving pit in secant piles,
- construction of lifting stations with overflow, construction of HDPE pressure pipe with diameter 125 mm,
- construction of overflow construction,
- regrooving of existing drainage ditch,
- realization of house and street gully connections,
- track construction including accessories,
- construction of shelter,
- construction of pavements incl. Foundations:
- roadway in continuous reinforced concrete pavement,
- road in asphalt pavement, cycle path in colored asphalt pavement.
- pavement pavement in concrete pavers,
- parking lanes in cobblestone,
- construction of linear elements including foundations,
- adjustment of the slope under the bridge of the E17 by means of berliner walls and exposed concrete.
Conditional part: the conditional part involves the possible installation of grout screens in the following zones, based on the results of the test dewatering: D1-D4, R1-R3, D8-D6, D6-D12, D38-D37, D39-D37 and D5-D19.
