Description:
Supply of electricity for street lighting and buildings of the City of Krasnystaw and its organizational units in 2023.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the City of Krasnystaw and its organizational units and the needs of street lighting in 2023 in the forecasted amount of 852,400 MWh to electricity consumption points, hereinafter referred to as ppe.

2. The list of PPE is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4.2. The list of PPE is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4.3. The expected amount of electricity to be received during the term of the contract is: 852,400 MWh.

4.4.The Distribution System Operator [DSO] is: PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.

4.5. The Ordering Party is not obliged to present plans for daily and hourly supply and to report commercial schedules for energy.

4.6. The quality requirements of electricity are described in the Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007.

on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended). The rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and billing in electricity are defined by the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503 as amended).

4.7. The amount of purchased electricity will be settled in 2 monthly settlement periods according to the actual consumption of this energy by the Ordering Parties,

at prices from the tender submitted by the Contractor.

4.8. For road lighting, the place of energy supply consists of changes in the function of the power line, from transmission or distribution to customer installations.

In particular, they will be: the terminals of the power cable in the street lighting cabinet or current terminals at the output of the wires for security, in the direction of the receiver's installation.

4.9. Other places of energy supply resulting from the interpretation of the Energy Law are specified in the connection conditions.

4.10. The Contractor's obligation will be, among others:

- Termination of comprehensive agreements (if necessary),

- Notification to the Distribution System Operator for the implementation of the electricity supply contract of which the Contracting Party is a party,

- Acting as a trade balancing entity (including the development and reporting of commercial graphics to the DSO) for electricity sold under this Order. The Contractor shall make commercial balancing of the energy purchased by the Ordering Party on the basis of a standard consumption profile, suitable for collections in tariff groups and at contractual power.

4.11. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor selected in the proceedings

power of attorney to:

- Notification on behalf of the Contracting Authority of a sales agreement to the Distribution System Operator for the implementation of the contract for the sale of electricity concluded,

- Representing the Ordering Party in the process of changing the seller

4.12. Costs resulting from the activities listed in points 10-11, including

the balance sheet is to be taken into account at the aggregated unit price of kWh.

4.13. The Contractor must have a valid and binding general distribution agreement concluded with the Distribution System Operator competent for the Ordering Party.

4.14. The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law

with implementing provisions issued thereto in particular with the quality standards of customer service set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 18 August 2011 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in the circulation of electricity.

4.15. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of a separate agreement concluded by the Ordering Party with the relevant Distribution System Operator, i.e. PGE Dystrybucja S.A.

4.16. The Ordering Party declares that it has a legal title to use the facilities to which electricity is to be supplied.
