1. The subject of the contract is the service of a Siemens computer tomograph together with descriptive stations at the PCK Maritime Hospital.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, assortment and estimated quantities are given in the Description of the subject of the contract and the scope of required service activities - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the draft contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.

2. The subject of the order includes maintenance services of the Somatom Sensation Open computer tomograph and Syngo MMWP description stations.

4. The contracting authority requires two persons designated to perform the contract, at least one of whom has at least valid certified training entitling him to perform inspections and repairs subject to this procedure.
