The Dresden State Art Collection, hereinafter referred to as SKD, is looking for a security service provider as a contractor, hereinafter referred to as AN, who is responsible for the protection objectives specified by the SKD, such as e.g.

—the protection of the physical integrity (limb, life and health) of visitors, employees, members of external companies and non-SKD persons,

—the protection of property of museums and Collections and visitors, employees, external company members and non-SKD persons, as well as for prevention, which is necessary to achieve the protection goals,

assumes responsibility for the area of security protection of all designated SKD sites.

The AN is responsible for the selection and deployment of personnel, logistics and security management resources. The aim of this call for tenders is

to find a partner with whom the SKD can establish an efficient safety organization that comprehensively meets the requirements of the commissioned security services,

—be able to react to future developments by drawing on the experience and expertise of a powerful security services company,

— to provide security services in various buildings and building complexes at different

times as well as the support of security technology and connected alarm systems by this specialist company;

—Execution of services in the individual properties for renovation measures;

—Implementation and securing of cash and valuables transportation.

In the future, the requirements of SKD may change, the tasks can be expanded or reduced, and locations may be added or dropped. The modalities of any changes in the time frame set by the SKD will be made in accordance with the general and special provisions of the contract. In order to plan his personnel deployment, the contractor is informed in good time about the changing requirements resulting from museum operation, e.g. renovation measures.

This service description describes the requirements for security services of the properties and associated outdoor areas, the services and qualities to be provided by the contractor, as well as the interfaces to the internal requirements. With this tender, SKD is looking for a security service provider that works in a performance-oriented and quality-oriented manner. This focus on performance and quality is characterized, among other things, by a strong focus on the constant and regular training of regular employees, by proactive cooperation with the AG and by effective and efficient execution of the order.
