In consultation with the Client, the Contractor shall provide the following services:

2. Create a clearing plan based on this. The preparation and updating of the work and safety plan must be taken into account as part of the design planning

3. to prepare the VOB tender documents (e.g. construction description, specifications, anomaly plans) for the evacuation of the water level within the scope of the execution planning (construction management excluded).

4. participation in the award of contracts

5. Supervision of the work on site on the construction site in the function of local construction supervision.

6. A SiGeKo must be provided for the duration of the service.

7. The above-mentioned services are analogous to the clearing of land areas
