1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a set for laryngological endoscopy to the Outpatient Clinic at 14 Chmielna Street in Warsaw. The subject of the contract must also include, m.in unloading, bringing in, assembly, commissioning, training of employees at the place of delivery, in the proper handling and collection of packaging.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party is included in Annex 2 and Annex 7 to the SWZ.
