For the local communities of Wiebelsheim, Laudert and Perscheid, the contracting authority intends to plan the construction of a new 4-group day care center on the corner plot of Weseler Strasse / Simmerner Strasse in Wiebelsheim. Draft planning and approval planning for the building have already been drawn up.

The subject of this tender are the planning services for the technical equipment HLS / kitchen planning § 55 HOAI in the service phases 1 to 9 (so-called specialist lot 2). Planning services for buildings as a specialist lot 1, technical building equipment - electrical as a so-called specialist lot 3 and the invitation to tender for structural engineering as a so-called specialist lot 4 are advertised in parallel.

The construction of the daycare center in a two-storey construction is planned. The planning also includes an integrated community / multi-purpose room.

The eligible costs in KG 400 are as follows (net):

- Cost group 410: EUR 97 955;

- Cost group 420: 95 831.50 EUR;

- cost group 430: EUR 53 014;

- Cost group 470: 51 507 EUR.

Due to the content and the order of the services to be rendered as well as the share of the respective service phases in the total fee, the awarding agency is guided by the regulations of § 55 i. V. m. Annex 15 HOAI 2013. The regulations on minimum and maximum rates are not referred to. The contract regulates the details.

A construction of the day care center should take place by the end of 2022.
