The subject of the order is wholesale, successive supply of liquid fuels, i.e.: ON and Pb 95. The item of the order has been divided into two parts, i.e. Part 1 - Supply of diesel fuel - approx. 825,000 litres, Part 2 - Delivery of unleaded petrol Pb 95 - approx. 160,000 litres. Supply places of fuel, i.e., Plant Station Paliw SPSPSPRiTS, 23 Starowiejska Street in Zamość and District Station of Ambulance and Sanitary Transport, 3 “Wira” Bartoszewskiego Street in Biłgoraj.

Part No. 1 - Supply of diesel (summer and winter) - about 825,000 liters. The diesel fuel offered for sale must comply with the requirements of the Polish Standard, i.e.: PN-EN 590+A 1:2017 -06/Ap 2:2018 -09, CN code 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11 and the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (OJ. of 2015, poz.1680 of late. d.). The supply of fuel will be successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, based on orders placed by electronic or fax by an authorized employee of the Contracting Authority. Orders will be placed on days: Monday to Saturday. The price of 1 m3 fuel ON will refer to the net price from the date the Ordering Party places the order.

Part 2 — Delivery of unleaded petrol Pb 95 - approx. 160,000 liters. Unleaded gasoline Pb 95 for sale must meet the requirements of the Polish Standard, i.e.: PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06, CN code 2710 12 45 and the requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (OJ 2015, item 1680 of late. d.). The supply of fuel will be successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, based on orders placed by electronic or fax by an authorized employee of the Contracting Authority. Orders will be placed on days: Monday to Saturday. The price of 1 m3 fuel Pb 95 will refer to the net price from the date the Ordering Party places the order.
