The contract has as its object the entrustment of the “architecture and engineering service referring to the completion of the final and executive design activity, the geological report, the coordination of the safety in the planning phase and management of the completion of the Caracciolo castle for the implementation of the complementary program to the PON “Culture and Development” ERDF 2014-2020 — Ministry of Heritage and cultural activities and tourism — Realization of monumental and cultural park intervention of the medieval village of Brienza ancient: restoration, consolidation, enhancement and fruition”.
1) The contract has as its object the entrustment of the “architecture and engineering service referring to the completion of the final and executive design activity, the geological report, the coordination of the safety in the planning phase and management of the completion of the Caracciolo castle for the implementation of the complementary program to the PON “Culture and Development” ERDF 2014-2020 — Ministry of Heritage and cultural activities and tourism — Realization of monumental and cultural park intervention of the medieval village of Brienza ancient: restoration, consolidation, enhancement and fruition”;
2. the contract covered by this procedure is not subdivided into batches because the intervention in question is characterised by a technical-operational homogeneity of the performance which cannot be determined different batches;
3) the assignment will take place through open procedure and with the application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best quality-price ratio, pursuant to Articles 60, 95 paragraph 3, letter b) and 157 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016 n. 50 cd. public contract code (hereinafter: code) and in compliance with the addresses provided by guidelines n. 1 “General addresses on the trust of services related to architecture and engineering”;
4) the methods and characteristics of the services to be performed are detailed in the documentation produced by the contracting station, together with the determination to contract and viewable on the profile of the unique central of client to the permalink indicated in the premises.
