1) Receiving, transport and management of municipal waste (non-segregated, segregated and from traveling waste collection):

- of all inhabited properties,

- cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes,

- from uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is created in the territory of the Commune Trąbki Wielkie, excluding real estate where economic activity is carried out;

2) Receiving, transport and management of waste from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Trumpets Wielkie

3) Equipment of all inhabited and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is created in containers for mixed waste, in bags for municipal waste segregation.

5) Equipment of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in containers/containers.

1.The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Trumpet Wielkie in a period of 24 months, but not earlier than 1.04.2022.

1) Receiving, transport and management of municipal waste (non-segregated, segregated and from traveling waste collection):

- of all inhabited properties,

- cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes,

- from uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is created in the territory of the Commune Trąbki Wielkie, excluding real estate where economic activity is carried out; in accordance with the principle of proximity and the hierarchy of waste management referred to in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021, item 779, as amended)

2) Receiving, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Trumpets Wielkie Street. Pocztowa 30; according to the principle of proximity and the hierarchy of waste management referred to in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e., Journal of Laws of 14 December 2012. U. 2021, item 779, as amended)

3) Equipment of all inhabited and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is created in containers for mixed waste.

4) Equipment of all single-family inhabited properties on which municipal waste is created in bags for municipal waste segregation.

5) Equipment of all multifamily inhabited properties (blocks) in containers for municipal waste segregation.

6) Equipment of real estate on which cottages or other properties intended for recreational and leisure purposes are located in containers or bags for segregation of municipal waste,

7) Equipment of uninhabited properties on which waste is created in containers or bags for waste segregation,

8) Equipment of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in containers/containers or segments for separate collection of selected waste.

9) The Contractor is obliged to receive, transport and use all municipal waste generated on inhabited and uninhabited properties and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in the municipality Trąbki Wielkie.

10) The Contractor will be required to use municipal waste according to the hierarchy of ways of handling the waste.

2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the Specification of the Order Terms “Detailed description of the object of the contract and its execution hereinafter referred to as SOPZ”

Qualitative requirements:

- The Contracting Authority shall require that all vehicles carrying out this subject of the contract have a EURO 6 exhaust emissions standard.

- Annex 1 to the SWZ is specified in the SOPZ, in particular Chapters VI, X, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XIX, XX, XXI.
