The subject of the order is a service for the collection and development of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Godów. The area of the Godów Municipality is 3808 hectares, the Municipality of Godów includes seven sołectw: Godów, Gołkowice, Skrzyszów, Krostoszowice, Łaziska, Skrbeńsko, Podbucze.
There are approximately 13767 in the municipality, while there are 12 490 people (as of 09.07.2021), the majority of residents residing in single-family housing only 35 people inhabit 4 multi-scale buildings, however each family has a separate declaration. all real estate is 3960, while inhabited property is 3584. The above data may change due to population traffic. The number of inhabited properties may increase as a result of residing in new buildings by around 50 buildings/year. The Contractor is obliged to operate the Community Waste Skrbeńsk Selective Collective Point located in Skrbeńsk.
The contractor is obliged to:
(a) the compilation of monthly reports on the quantity of waste received in the PSZOK with records of the persons transferring the waste to the Point and the submission of the Zam. report by 15 each month for the previous month. The records of the persons transferring the waste to the PSZOK shall be provided at the request of the Zam. within 14 days.
(b) transfer of waste for recovery or disposal with a frequency ensuring adequate maintenance of the site of the Point.
c) Equipment of PSZOK with equipment
The diagram is obliged to issue a VAT invoice for the completed partial order. The settlement of invoices should take place by the 15th day of each subsequent billing month. The basis for invoicing will be an accepted monthly report, which contains information about:
(a) the mass of the individual fractions of the waste collected from the immobility and the method of their disposal, including an indication of the plant to which municipal waste, selectively collected waste, biowaste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste intended for storage) together with the waste record cards or the waste transfer card,
(b) the mass of biosciences collected, specifying the mass of waste transferred for storage to the landfill and the mass of waste not transferred for storage in the landfill and the method of use thereof,
(c) the type and mass of waste collected from the Selek.j zb. p., and collected during the periodic collection
(d) real estate from which municipal waste has been collected
(e) not fulfilling an obligation by property owners to collect municipal waste selective,
(f) the appearance of unmarked waste containers on the property,
g) properties that are not equipped with a container.
The diagram is obliged to supply free of charge any property residing in the dod. The diagram will provide Zam. with a list of properties that have been equipped with additional ash buckets.
Allow the purchase or lease of containers for the collection of mixed waste
Implement complaints (e.g. failure to collect waste from property on schedule, failure to leave bags for replacement, etc.) within 24 hours of receipt of the notice by email or tel from Zam.
1) The volume of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste is determined according to calculations estimated at 2500 Mg per year.
2) The volume of segregated waste is determined according to calculations estimated at 5520,60 tonnes per year:
(a) paper and cardboard and packaging of paper and cardboard - 200,0 Mg
(b) glass and glass packaging- 430,0 Mg
c) Plastics, metals, packaging of metals and plastics and multi-cartriderical packaging - 450,0 Mg
d) biowaste - 1700.0 Mg
(e) large-sized waste — 600,0 Mg
(f) rubber waste, tyres — 50,0 Mg
g) repair, construction waste, brick rubble — 550,0 Mg.
h) Hearth Ashes — 1500 Mg
(i) Electrical and electronic waste, batteries, fluorescent lamps — 30,0 Mg
j) textile waste and clothing — 10.0 Mg
(k) medicines and chemicals — 0.5 Mg
l) edible oils -0,1 Mg
