This consultation concerns the mowing and clearing of rainwater retention structures and ditches in the municipalities of Nîmes Métropole.In the context of this consultation, the Communauté d'agglomération de Nîmes Métropole is acting as the contracting authority. This contract was awarded according to an open tendering procedure, pursuant to Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement concerns the mowing and clearing of retention basins and rainwater ditches in the municipalities of Nîmes Métropole.All the services provided for in the contract are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-1° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with a minimum amount and a maximum amount in value. Minimum annual amount: €10,000 excl. VATmaximum annual amount: €200,000 excl. VATIdentical amounts for each renewal period. This contract is concluded for an initial period, the duration of which shall commence on the date of notification and shall end on 31 December 2024. The initial period is calculated on a pro rata basis for the past year, between the date of notification and 31.12.2024.The framework agreement is renewable 3 times, annually, and its duration may not exceed 31.12.2027
