The subject of this order is the purchase on the basis of an operating lease contract, 2 pieces of factory new vehicles - garbage trucks. The object of the order free of physical and legal defects, factory new (year of production: 2020 or 2021), not previously used by third parties, in particular it did not serve as an item used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It has also not been reconditioned before. All requirements set out in the documents indicated in the SWZ and the Annexes constitute minimum requirements and fulfilment shall be obligatory. Where the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the security of the timely repayment of leases in the form of a promissory statement together with the promissory note “In blanco”.

It has also not been reconditioned before. The Contractor declares that the subject of the contract offered is complete and will be ready to work as intended after delivery. All requirements set out in the documents indicated in the SWZ and the Annexes constitute minimum requirements and fulfilment shall be obligatory. If the Contracting Authority has indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process which characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor in the description of the subject of the contract, it is permitted to offer equivalent solutions to the described, provided that the by them the same minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters. Where the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
