The subject of the contract is the successive purchase and delivery of dressing materials, surgical drapes and others for the 105th Kresowy Military Hospital with the SP ZOZ Outpatient Clinic in Żary divided into 17 parts.

The contractor's duties will include successive delivery of dressing materials, operating field coverings, operating clothing in quantities and assortment specified in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.

The contractor's obligations will include the delivery of specialist dressings in quantities and assortment specified in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 18 to the SWZ.

The contractor's obligations will include the delivery of operating films, dressing materials in quantities and assortment specified in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 19 to the SWZ.
