Orthorectification and processing of satellite images as well as the degradation (blurring) of sites classified as sensitive (military and nuclear zones).

This orthorectification must lead to products that are perfectly superimposed on orthorectified aerial photographs (orthos) in compliance with European technical specifications.

Lot 2

Identification of ineligible elements and incorrect boundaries of the plot. The acquisition of new aerial photos makes it possible to identify the presence of new ineligible elements in the plots. This task consists in checking all the boundaries of the agricultural reference parcels and the presence of ineligible elements in them. It consists of a visual examination and documentation of the observations encountered.

• The contracting authority shall make available the latest available aerial orthophotographs. This contract concerns the orthorectification and processing of satellite images as well as the degradation (blurring) of sites classified as military zones and nuclear zones. This orthorectification must lead to products that are perfectly superimposed on the already orthorectified aerial photographs (orthos) in compliance with the relevant European technical specifications.
