The contract of this consultation concerns the maintenance contract of the lifts of the rental property of LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE 2024 to 2027 inclusive.

This consultation is conducted according to the European open call for tenders procedure in accordance with Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code which came into force on 1 April 2019.

This is a fixed-price service contract (DPGF) and one-off orders (BPU), in the form of a purchase order contract with no minimum or maximum quantity and no minimum amount but with a maximum amount of €90,000.00 excluding tax over the entire contract, i.e. over 4 years.
