CS093-Summer School Cleaning Contractors. Bath Spa University is in need of accommodation cleaning services at our Newton Park BA2 9BN campus. We require a cleaning service for student accommodation rooms, as we will have a number of schools visiting during the summer months. It is essential to us that we maintain high standards for our visiting students. As a result, we require an external cleaning crew. The program will begin in June and end in September, with a particular focus on the middle period when we will have over 200 rooms per week that need to be cleaned. The cleaning process includes stripping and removing bed linen to a designated area, and fitting clean sets. This will also include cleaning the communal kitchen, recreational areas, and communal hallways in the residential blocks. The contractor is expected to provide all necessary resources and cleaning products.
