West Berkshire Council seeks a contractor for the design, supply, and installation of rooftop solar PV systems across identified sites, starting with nine locations in Year 1, including schools, a care home, and a leisure center.
Supply and Installation of Rooftop Solar PV on sites across West Berkshire. West Berkshire Council are looking to procure a four year contract to supply and install rooftop solar PV on sites across West Berkshire. Up to nine sites have been identified for completion in Year 1.
The Council is tendering a four year contract for the Design, Supply and Installation of Rooftop solar on identified sites across West Berkshire. The scope for Year 1 is for the rooftop installation of Solar PV and associated equipment across approximately nine sites owned by the Council, these are anticipated to include 7 schools, 1 care home and 1 leisure centre. The scope for the subsequent years of this contract will be dependent on budget, funding and pricing. It is anticipated that up to approximately ten sites per year will be identified for completion. However, any requirements to proceed in years two, three and four will be agreed with the Council. The Council reserves the right not to award any further work following installation of the initial 9 sites.
