Haugaland Kraft Nett needs a framework agreement with a supplier (wholesaler) of electrical material. All of the material included in the request is stated with a unique El number. The material will be used for development, operation and maintenance works connected to the contracting authority's network. The contracting authority needs a service provider who can deliver a broad and comprehensive product range that covers the contracting authority's need, and that the service providers must have good warehousing and be able to meet short delivery deadlines.
