1. The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil in the amount of up to 650 m3. It is a successive delivery with the filling of: one underground tank with a capacity of 15 m3 located on the base at Al. Gen. Wł. Sikorskiego 428 in Rzeszów, three above-ground tanks; o poj. 9 m3 each located at 11 Ciepłownicza Street and 9 m3 at 26 Szpitalna Street in Rzeszów. The Contracting Authority has an appropriate infrastructure allowing for the lawful unloading of fuel supplied by the Contractor in accordance with applicable regulations. The fuel ordered by the Ordering Party will be used only for own purposes.
