- the connection of the devices at the various locations of SWT-AöR

- the supply of the equipment with all consumables (except paper)

- the provision and installation of various software solutions

- Instruction of administrators and users

- the fault clearance / maintenance of the devices by the provider (full service - 2nd level)

- Return of toner cartridges

- the dismantling / disposal of the equipment at the end of the contract period
