The EEA requires the provision of a wide range of repair and maintenance services in the areas of electric work, plumbing, carpentry/joinery, flooring, plastering, painting and decorating. In addition, the EEA requires the performance of refurbishment works in its leased premises aiming at the establishment of an activity-based working environment.

The subject of this call for tenders is, on the one hand, the provision of general building repair and maintenance services and, on the other hand, refurbishment services in the Agency’s headquarters located at Kongens Nytorv No 6 and 8, 1050 Copenhagen K, DENMARK.
