This consultation concerns the upkeep and maintenance of the fountains on the Place du Commerce in Nantes. The facility located in the "Place du Commerce in Nantes" public space was commissioned in April 2023. Since then, it has been managed by the Structures Department - Direction de l'espace Public de Nantes Métropole. For

Nantes Métropole entrusts service and maintenance operations to a service provider. These services will consist of:

- Servicing and preventive maintenance of fountains: (i) servicing and maintenance of their equipment (hydraulic, electrical, electromechanical)

and automaton); (ii) the implementation of a stand-by duty to guarantee continuity of service; (iii) corrective maintenance operations: troubleshooting and improvement of operation, specific control objects.

The contract will take the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders, without any minimum amount, but with a maximum amount agreed upon, over the contractual period

initial (i.e., 2 years), at 320,000 euro (excl. VAT). For the renewal period of the framework agreement, the maximum amount will be similar to that applicable to the initial period
