GIP delivers about 250,000 meals a year in cold connection. As an indication and not contractual, the amount of food supplies is included in an annual range of the order of 400,000 euros excluding taxes and 700,000 euros (excl. VAT). GIP does not have logistics services dedicated to tracking orders and invoicing. Also, the GIP wishes to obtain its food supplies from a central purchasing agency through the contracts awarded by the latter (so-called purchase-for-resale model). The GIP will place its orders exclusively with the purchasing center which will ensure the delivery of all products, either directly by its own means, or through its referenced suppliers
