1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of buildings on the Nickulin stream in the Nickulin forestry and on the Śmierdzący stream in the Gawłowski forestry within the Forest District Ujsoły implemented under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment in the financial perspective 2014-2020.

2. The order was divided into two parts:

2.1. lot 1 of the contract - Reconstruction of buildings on the Nickulin stream in the Nickulin forestry;

2.2. Lot 2 - Reconstruction of buildings on the Śmierdzący stream in the Gawłowski forestry.

The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of buildings on the Nickulin stream in the Nickulin forestry, including in particular:

- construction of a stone rapids above the existing dam,

- construction of a stone coating in the slopes above the existing dam,

- construction of a stone coating reinforced with concrete in the slopes above the existing dam,

- demolition of the existing anti-stain dam - liquidation of damming,

- construction of a reinforced concrete abutment with a frame bottom outlet in the place of the demolished dam,

- construction of a stone rapids with increased roughness between the bridge and the abutment with a bottom outlet,

- renovation of existing stone walls,

- renovation of the existing stone bridge using traditional masonry techniques (renovation of the vault, bottom, abutments),

- construction of strengthening the fragment of the slopes and the bottom of the ditch flowing above the bridge with stone pavement,

- demolition of the stone wall below the bridge on the right bank,

- demolition of wood porridge on the right bank,

- construction of wood-stone porridges on the right bank,

- construction of strengthening the groats in the form of a stone abutment,

- construction of a retaining stone wall on the left bank below the stone bridge,

- demolition of the stone threshold below the stone bridge,

- construction of a stone rapids below the stone bridge,

- construction of rapids protection in the form of a wooden palisade,

- construction of piles securing passage.

The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction of buildings on the Śmierdzący stream in the Gawłowski forestry, including in particular:

1) on the right spring branch of the Śmierdzący B1 stream

- construction of a stone coating fi 800-1000 mm in the bottom,

- demolition of an existing stone ford,

- construction of a stone ford 5.0 mx 5.0 m surrounded by a stone buttress,

- construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall with stone cladding,

- construction of a rapids made of stone with increased roughness fi 800-1000 mm,

- construction of a stone coating in slopes fi 800,

- stone step renovation,

- construction of a rapids supporting 800–1000 mm;

2) on the left spring branch of the Śmierdzący B2 stream

- construction of a stone coating fi 800-1000 mm in the bottom,

- demolition of an existing stone ford,

- construction of a stone ford 5.0 mx 7.0 m surrounded by a stone buttress,

- construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall with stone cladding,

- construction of a rapids made of stone with increased roughness fi 800-1000 mm,

- construction of a heavy stone slab in the bottom fi 500,

- construction of a stone coating in the slopes fi 800.
