The aim of the contract is for the enforcement of Car Parking Enforcement Services for Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, including uniforned staffing, in radio contact with the hospital security team, and to patrol two hospital sites in support of the Hospitals' security team. The service will particularly administer penalty charge notices and warnings for non-compliant parking and a database thereof, monitoring and reporting car parking related occurrences, and also maintaining some ticket machines and other car parking equipment.
