The purpose of this contract is to identify asbestos and lead, diagnose energy performance, electrical and gas installations in SOMCO's residential buildings, located in HAUT-RHIN and BAS-RHIN.
It concerns the following services:
- Identification of materials from list A of Annex 13-9 of the Public Health Code in the private portions of collective residential buildings (DA-PP)
- Real estate diagnostics ALUR law to relocation in individual and collective housing
- Asbestos identification before and after housing work
- Identification of asbestos-containing materials and products before demolition
- Finding of risk of exposure to lead (CREP)
- Energy performance diagnostics for relocation or occupied housing
