A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the contracting authority for the performance of the contract are presented in the tender documentation constituting annexes to the SWZ posted at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/belchatow.Wykonawca joining the proceedings in question is subject to exclusion in accordance with Article 108 paragraph 1 of the PPL Act, Article 7 paragraph 1 points 1 -3 of the Act of 13 April 2022. on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving the protection of national security and Article 5k(1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine and Article 109(1)(4) of the PPL. The Contractor is obliged to secure its bid bid deposit in the amount of: PLN 130,000.00 in the manner and within the time limit specified in the SWZ and in accordance with the PPL Act. IX SWZ, Regulation of the Minister of Labor Development and Technology of December 23, 2020. on subjective means of evidence and other documents or statements that the Contracting Authority may request from the Contractor and the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 30 December 2020. on the method of drawing up and transmitting information and technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in a public procurement procedure or a contest. The contracting authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the possibility of using the so-called reverse order of evaluation of offers. In this case, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then make a subjective qualification of the contractor whose bid was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
